Coaches Guide, 3rd-4th Division

• Games/Practices will take place primarily in the south little gym of Montgomery Elementary.

• Coaches shall have rosters with emergency contacts and first aid kits at every session with their team.

• Please respect the facility and we ask you to cooperate with these guidelines if we expect to be granted use of the gym in the future.

• Follow any guidelines from custodians. Get to know them by name.

• All parents, siblings must remain in gym, no child should be wondering halls. 

• Coaches are required to have one parent hall monitor during game / practice.

• Please do not bring food or drink into the gym. 

• Players may have a WATER bottle inside gym - stays with coach or parent.

• Please check with each school’s custodian as to which bathrooms should be used.

• Chairs are used only on the side with the dividing wall. (Montgomery gym).All chairs are to be returned and gym is to be cleaned before leaving.  Spilled water, papers, clothing is to be cleaned up.
